Limited Owner

"Limited Owner" as used here means that should circumstances change so that Charles E. Greene is no longer able to operate Custom Software & Services as needed, that Patrick C. Greene will own all equipment, software, client data, and other listed resources and assets to do with whatever he deems necessary. That includes selling or giving away any parts of these based on what he and Charles E. Greene have discussed or continuing to operate the business in conjunction with his own businesses.
