Designed for part of a chain of auto repair shops. The Work Order File contains records of all work done for each customer. When a current customer returns the system accesses the Customer File which contains records on all past customers and automatically inserts their information into a new work order when their code (currently phone number) is entered. When a new customer arrives, the data is completed on a new work order and as the daily posting is done, the Customer File is updated from the work order.
