As a Regional Manager for AFLAC from 1972 to 1987 Charles Greene developed a computerized office management system to manage the sales and service of over 1000 payroll deduction accounts and 200 agents. In 1985 AFLAC purchased a version of this system to add in all of their areas starting with two states. Since that time AFLAC has expanded their sales to include remote policyholder sales and account service using laptop computers.
