One backup method to get files to Charles Instructions for pkzip.exe download and use. Download. Copy pkzip.exe into your Filepro Directory (this has all of your filepro data). Go to your DOS or Command prompt. Change directories to get into your Filepro Directory. (Drive H on your server). While in the Directory in a Command or DOS prompt mode type: pkzip -o -r -p -u rrdelta and press <enter> this should compress all of your data into a smaller file. Caution!! If any error messages appear (especially file in use, etc) Unlock your Filepro Files. If you don't know how to do this, use Windows Find File and enter filename as lockfile and search (in large systems just search the Filepro Directory). When you find those files, Delete them. They are temporary files and will be recreated by Filepro as you use the system. After deleting lockfiles, run the pkzip commands again and it should add those files to the compressed file. Running the same command again should show nothing to do message. Look at the size of the compressed file (filename is rrdelta.zip) and see if it is small enough to E-Mail. E-Mail chasgreene@msn.com and attach the rrdelta.zip file to the mail.
