The Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club
(if you own you can trade up at great values)
The Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club features the world's
first and only true triple-share condominiums, with the ability to lock-off into
either three one-bedroom condos or into one two-bedroom and one one-bedroom
unit. The Grand Crowne sits on a 20-acre hillside towering over Branson and
overlooking the multi-million dollar Thousand Hills Golf Course. When finished,
this project will consist of 330 condominium units, and have a scenic jogging,
hiking and biking trail around the perimeter as well as gated security.
Construction began in August 1998. Gross projected sales are over $360 million
for this project alone. These condominiums are the ultimate in luxury living.
Amenities will include three swimming pools, patio and barbecue areas and tennis
courts. The Grand Crowne's centerpiece will be a 40,000 square foot clubhouse
with an indoor and outdoor pool, health club, theatre area and meeting rooms.
Being ranked as an Interval International Five Star Resort not only assures our
Owners of quality accommodations and amenities, but also allows quality vacation
exchange privileges all over the world. Grand Crowne Resorts is proud to be
Branson's only locally owned and managed Vacation Ownership Resort. We think
you'll agree that our condominiums are the finest in the world!

Pools and Other Plans
The indoor pool at the Grand Crowne is open. This beautiful facility has
attracted the attention of many people in the area. This state of the art
building has a tennis court on the roof. You have got to see it to believe it!
The 30' by 50' American flag now flying over the Grand Crowne has also attracted
the attention local residents as well as tourists. This flag can be seen from
many vantage points in the Branson area. The Board of Directors of each
Association has approved funding for a feasibility study regarding the possible
construction of a large, multi-functional activity center on the site where the
indoor pool, pavilion and outdoor tennis court are located. This center could
include a pool, basketball court, tennis court, exercise rooms, hot tubs, saunas
and many popular spa amenities. This may be a great avenue for the Associations
to generate revenue! Currently local engineers are evaluating the project.
